All of our services—including coaching sessions, consulting packages, courses, and digital downloads—are delivered either virtually through video conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom) or as downloadable materials. You will receive confirmation and access instructions by email immediately upon purchase or within 24 hours. **Refund Policy**
Due to the time, preparation, and personalization involved in our coaching and consulting services, **all sales are final**. We do not offer refunds on coaching sessions, programs, digital products, or consulting packages once the purchase is completed.
If you are unsure about whether our services are the right fit for you, we encourage you to contact us with any questions before making your purchase.
**Cancellation & Rescheduling**
If you are enrolled in a one-on-one coaching or consulting session, you may reschedule with at least **24 hours’ notice**. No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a forfeited session.
**Group Programs & Courses**
Because space is limited and content is delivered digitally or live, there are **no refunds for group programs or courses**. If an emergency prevents you from attending, please reach out to us to discuss alternate options or credits (if applicable).
